亚麻籽油 Flaxseed Oil
亚麻籽油含丰富的Omega－3，6，9脂肪酸。omega-3脂肪酸含天然的抗炎因子，可帮助舒解风湿性关节炎、牛皮癣、过敏及其他发炎性疾病引起的症状.

美国癌症中心研究员发現亚麻籽油含有27种抗癌物质。许多研究显示亚麻籽油可缩小肿瘤，并对乳癌、前列腺癌及肺癌的癌细胞产生强力的抗癌作用。美国杜克大学的研究表明, 将亚麻籽磨成粉, 给25位患前列腺癌的病人服用, 一个月后他们的胆固醇和睪固酮的指数都降低, 但对于性能力却没有影响。降低的睪固酮还可以抑制前列腺癌病情的发展。此外，服用愈多的亚麻籽油，罹患乳癌及结肠癌的机率愈低。
