电子血压计
电子血压计的使用与选择 随着人们自我保健意识的日益提高，越来越多的家庭开始重视对自身血压的日常监测和控制。现在市场上销售的各类自动或半自动的电子血压计，均是以传感器将脉动转换成电信号，再经电脑处理后显示为血压值，替代了传统的加听诊器的水银式水银血压计。

电子血压计的优点是结构轻巧、易于携带、使用，便于自我测量，因此适用于家庭保健，尤其是出差和旅游的使用。

按测量部位来划分，家庭用电子血压计可分为腕带式与臂带式两大类。臂带式测上臂的血压，其精确性已被正式确认，可按标准水银柱血压计同样看待。而且，其使用方法比较简单，不会因方法不当产生误差。但测量时要脱衣袖，不能相隔太多衣服。另外，绑袖带时太紧或太松都会影响到所测的数值，一般绑好袖带充气后，能容纳一个手指的间隙较好。

腕带式血压计比臂带式更方便，但它的使用方法很有讲究。首先要注意测压时手腕的位置。如果是坐位测压，手腕应放在与心脏平齐的位置，大约相当于乳头水平；如果是卧位测压，手腕放在床边，所测压力会稍高，因这种位置手腕低于心脏水平大约4.4厘米。其次，手掌的位置对血压也有一定影响，手掌向掌心弯曲时，血压会较高；若向背部弯曲，血压可低于手掌平伸时。

人们在激烈运动的时候，由于出汗比较多，身体里失去一些水分和盐分，因此使人感到口渴。如果只顾大量地喝水而不补充盐分，水经胃肠吸收之后，随着出汗和排尿又带走一些盐分。由于血液中的盐分减少，水分就会很快的被组织细胞吸收，造成细胞水肿，使人产生头晕眼花、口渴，这种现象叫做脱水低钠症。此外，运运后大量饮水，会使胃膨胀难受，消化能力降低，更容易使心脏加重负担，对身体不利。所以，运动以后，应该先用水漱漱口，然后少喝，慢喝。如能喝些盐汽水则更好。
